Candy

You can store your candies out in a dry place for a few days. The longer your leave them out, the crunchier they will become. 

Parties, events, surprise gifts, treating yourself, holidays, birthday, graduations, bridal events, as treats in your office for your clients or in a candy dish for guests at your home. For anyone you want to impress. They go great with coffee, tea and cocktails as well! 

Your candies are best consumed within one month of purchase but can last up to 6 months after purchase. The longer you store your candies the crunchier they become. They will eventually get as hard as rock candy if stored long enough. 

Our crystal candies are composed of 5 simple ingredients. Sugar, water, agar agar, all natural flavoring, and food grade coloring/glitter. We also use avocado or vegetable oil in our trays and molds so the crystals don't adhere to the trays.

Shipping

You, the customer, are responsible for any incorrect addresses, or locations where the post office is unable to deliver and we will not refund in these situations. If this occurs you can provide us with your correct shipping address and pay the shipping fee again if you would like to still receive your purchase. We cannot refund original shipping cost as the item was already shipped and returned. Another shipping label will need to be purchased by you before we can reship your package. 

We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Once the package leaves our location, it is no longer in our care or responsibility and you will have to contact the shipping service to file a claim.

Our processing times are about 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays. We will send your tracking information through USPS after your order is processed and shipping usually takes about 3-10 days depending on your location.

There is absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted on edible products.
