SAFETY INFORMATION

This product is labeled by United States standards and may differ from similar products sold elsewhere in its ingredients, labeling, and allergen warnings. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding food allergies before purchasing. 

• Our processing times are between 4-5 business days but we do our best to ship them out as soon as possible.
• We currently only ship to the United States 
• We will send your tracking information through USPS after your order is processed and shipping usually takes about 3-10 days depending on your location.
• Issues with damaged deliveries must be addressed within 48 hours of delivery. 
• We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Once the package leaves our location, it is no longer in our care or responsibility and you will have to contact the shipping service.
• You have the option to purchase package protection at checkout. This is not required but highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you choose priority shipping it includes $100 insurance protection.

Processing Time

• Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our products or your order. We are always here to help.
• Your candies will come nicely packaged as best we can to reduce damage. They are however a fragile item and shipping damages can occur possibly distorting the original condition of your items. 
• Please let us know if you have a specific date you need a package to make sure they will be ready in time. 
• There is absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted on edible products. 
• AFTER THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, THE CARRIER IS THEN RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. For example: candy opened, candy melted, incorrect delivery address, etc. 
• Sanitation: Our work area is always cleaned and sanitized before and after use. All employees are required to wear gloves while handling the products.
• Once your order is packed and processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number
• There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES given for edible products- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any issues with packages in shipping need to be handled with the shipping provider. Once your order leaves our facility, it is now in control of the shipping provider. 
• If your package does not arrive as confirmed in the tracking, you will have to contact us and your local post office within 48 hours for us to be able to determine what happened with the package. Most of the time lost packages can be recovered if we contact the shipping provider within the first 48 hours of confirmed delivery. 
• You, the customer, are responsible for any incorrect addresses, or locations where the post office is unable to deliver and we will not refund in these situations. If this occurs you can provide us with your correct shipping address and pay the shipping fee again if you would like to still receive your purchase. We cannot refund original shipping cost as the item was already shipped and returned. Another shipping label will need to be purchased by you before we can reship your package. 
• We can provide local pick up if you live in the Tri-county/Cincinnati, OH area where we are located. To arrange a pick-up, please contact us for availability before placing your order. If available, we can provide you a code to remove the shipping cost at checkout.

Due to this item being edible we do not accept returns or exchanges.

***All our candies are produced in a home bakery in accordance with cottage food laws or Ohio.

All Sales are FINAL. No Returns or refunds on edible products. 

If you received your item and it is damaged, lost, or stolen. Once it leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping provider, it is then the shipping providers responsibility and you need to reach out to them for damaged or lost packages.  Please do so within 48 hours. We are not responsible for damage and lost items. Anything after 48 hours becomes the customer (your) responsibility and some shipping providers will not be able to assist so please reach out soon after shipment states delivered.
